Transport Information

Information from State Transit Authority re changes to Bus Routes. Go to: to check timetables and plan your trip. New timetable information will be available from Monday 23 April, 2018. From Sunday 6 May, there will be changes to a number of bus routes and timetables to reflect customer demand and improve the reliability of services. Early Leave

The school's process for parents/carers to request that their child is to leave school early is to submit all requests in writing. Your child is to place the note in the early leavers box for that day before rollcall and then collect their early leavers slip before leaving the school.... Read more

Tell Them From Me Student Survey

Tell Them From Me student feedback survey (Term 1, 2018) I am delighted that this term, our school, like many other public schools in the state, will participate in a Department of Education initiative: the Tell Them From Me student feedback survey. The survey measures factors that are known to affect academic achievement and other student outcomes. EdWeek 2018 - theme and dates announced

This year's Education Week will be held from Monday 6 August to Friday 10 August 2018 (Term 3, Week 3). The theme for Education Week is ‘Today's schools – creating tomorrow's world'. This theme communicates how NSW public schools are equipping young people with the skills and capabilities they need to thrive in a rapidly changing, globalised world. School Swimming Carnival

The KHS Swimming Carnival will be held at the Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre, Preddys Road Bexley, on Monday 12 February. Attendance is compulsory for all students and the entry fee is included in school fees. Students are expected to make their own way to and from the venue with Roll Call taking place at the Aquatic Centre at 8:50am. Some staff will be available to walk students to the Aquatic Centre from school, these groups will leave from 8:15am. Changes for Bus Times - 26 November, 2017

Parents, Caregivers and Students From Sunday 26 November, 2017 there will be changes to a number of bus routes and timetables to reflect customer demand and provide better connections with rail and ferry services. They impact students who travel on regular route buses. Also from Monday 27 November, 2017 the RMS is making some changes to bus stops in the inner west region to improve the reliability of bus services. 2018 Resource Allocation Model funding

In October 2017, all NSW public schools will receive a 2018 Planned School Budget Allocation Report. The report will assist with the management of the total budget delivered to schools through the Resource Allocation Model (RAM). The Resource Allocation Model (RAM) methodology distributes funding based on the individual needs of students and schools. This gives schools greater flexibility to make local decisions. NDIS logo

NDIS continues its roll out across NSW

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) started in NSW in July 2016, rolling out across half of the state. The rollout for the rest of NSW started on 1 July 2017 and the NDIS will be fully rolled out by mid 2018. The NSW government is writing to the families of children and young people with disability who currently receive disability supports in the rollout areas to advise how and when they will enter the NDIS.
